PilotSki Week – Registration & Payment Terms
Participants are requested to complete their registration and submit at minimum their first payment no later than April 12th. Full payment is preferred at this time to offset the cost of multiple bank transfers. This date serves as the early bird deadline, helping to secure hotel availability and pricing, and ensuring that PilotSki Week 2027 proceeds as planned.
NOTE: All payments will be fully refundable if a minimum of rooms is not booked by this date. If this booking threshold is not met, the event will be cancelled and all payments will be returned in full, less any bank transfer fees.
The deposit amount includes hotel accommodation, designated food and beverage offerings, as well as organized social activities throughout PilotSki Week.
If the minimum number of rooms is met by April 12th and the event is confirmed, all payments made to PilotSki Week after April 12th are non-refundable.
After April 12th, the hotel’s standard terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds will apply to each participant. If a participant is unable to attend, all costs are fully transferable; however, it is the participant’s responsibility to find a replacement and arrange payment directly with that individual. Participants may also reach out to the organizers to inquire about any standby waitlist.
Following April 12th, any remaining balance may be completed through a two-payment schedule:
Payment 2: Due July 1st
Payment 3: Final Payment: Due October 1st
These terms are based on mutual trust and are intended to support fellow Canadian PilotSki organizers by ensuring no individual is left with out-of-pocket expenses.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1.) The organizers do not assume any liabilities whatsoever as far as the conclusion of the contract with the hotel as well as any goods and services placed at disposal by the hotel are concerned.
The activities of the organizers are honorary and are only limited to the collection of the booking requests which will then be forwarded to the hotel itself. Contracting will only take place directly between the participants themselves and the hotel.
2.) Furthermore the promoters do not assume any liabilities whatsoever concerning the safety of the participants during the events on the occasion of the “PilotSki“ Meeting Week. These responsibilities are exclusively assumed by the participants themselves, associations, institutions and operators of the ski resort.
